Intellisys Help You Do It support is designed as a low cost maintenance plan. This is typically used by Intellisys clients that have an IT staff that handles most of the day to day changes that are required on the phone system, but they occasionally need help with trouble shooting and or new features and configurations.
All Support plans include an initial administrative training class that will teach you the programming and administration of the system. You will then receive a dedicated support number and email address that will provide you with direct access to our engineers on the Help Desk.
The help desk is open during normal business hours and there is no limit to the amount of support you can receive during the month as you simply pay one low monthly rate for unlimited remote help desk support.

INTELLISYS FULL SUPPORT
Intellisys Full Support is designed for companies that don’t have an IT staff or don’t want to use their valuable IT staff for the day to day administration and support of their phone system. This solution is perfect for our clients that would prefer to outsource this support to our knowledgeable staff so that Intellisys provides Full Support of the phone system.
Your employees can submit changes, training, and programming needs directly to our Support Team via phone or email. Intellisys staff will then remotely make all of the changes and modifications to the system as per request. This eliminates the need for IT support staff to be involved with the system administration and support and can greatly reduce your costs. You simply pay one low monthly rate and all service and request are covered under the support plan. Now you can truly budget your support costs with one low monthly rate.
As an added bonus Intellisys will also include the labor required for additional equipment that is added to the system during the term of the plan. Essentially you receive free installation on any equipment that you purchase while under Full Support Maintenance.y
