Whisper Features Available in Call Center
Call Center Managers can now help agents from their desk by using the whisper mode. Whisper allows Managers to join a call and give feedback to the agent without the outside caller hearing the Call Center Manager.
Multiple Music on Hold Playlists
With 64 different play lists the options for music on hold are endless. You can now select the play list for a work groups, Call Centers or even individual users can select their own music on hold.
Flexible MXIE Layouts
You can design the layout that best meets your needs with the new Dockable windows available in MXIE. With the ability to dock fields like Park, Call Log, Address Book, or Voicemail you can now create your favorite layout. Enjoy the parking lot as a separate window, docked on the top, side or bottom or tabulated with the other fields.
MXIE Quick Contact Toolbar
The MXIE Quick contact toolbar allows you to search every extension within your organization. Quickly dial their extension, cell phone number or send them an Instant Message.
Outlook and Salesforce Communicator 2.0
MX Version 7.0 enhances previous Outlook and Salesforce Integration. Users now have the ability to have multiple call appearances, allow contact center agents to selectively log in and out of queues, and ability to use any phone in the world as their office phone.

Zultys MX Mobile Communicator Now Available for Android!
The same great features iPhone and Blackberry have been enjoying are now available for the Droid. Mobile Android users can now instant message to others in the company, redirect calls to their mobile phones, view call history, hold and transfer calls.
Customize Layout in Superview
Zultys MX Version 7.0 brings customization to Superview. Choose which fields and data are important to you and which are not by rearrange fields and removing those you do not wish to see.
Scheduled MX Reports
With the new Zultys MX Reports scheduler you can now schedule a report to be sent via email, FTP site, Network Drive in PDF, Excel or CSV format.
