Zultys recently released a powerful new Salesforce plugin.  This new tool connects your Salesforce application to you Zultys business phone system.    This provides you with a powerful new tool to speed up your communicaitons processes.  

When and incoming call is presented to your phone, the Salesforce applicaiton will automatically search the Caller Id and return any accounts that match that phone number.  You can take notes on the call and at the completion of the call those notes and the record of the call will automatically be updated to the account.   This will save valuable time call after call and can dramatically improve your communicaitons profiiciency.

When a call is presented you will also recieve call controll functions like Hold, Transfer and hang up so that you dont have to hop between screens to effectivly manage your clients.

In addition you can easily click on the phone icon by any phone number on an account to initiate an outbound call to that client.
